The Battle Photographic Society is a not-for-profit organisation exempt from registration under the Data Protection Act.
The Battle Photographic Society will hold the details provided on the joining form and will use these for the following purposes:
- For maintaining records
- To respond to any enquiries you make
- To administer any activities in which you participate or may wish to participate To create anonymous, aggregated information about members.
- To contact you about club activities either by post, email, online or by telephone.
Disclosure of your Information
The only items publicly posted on our website will be credited images submitted to club competitions. If you do not want your pictures to appear on our website please let the secretary know by e-mail.
The Battle Photographic Society does not participate in any marketing activities involving members' data or provide data to third parties
